In its continuing strive to meet the demands of its customers, Cellcom Telecommunications Inc., over the weekend launched its flagship business center at the Royal Grand Hotel.
The new center is a one of a kind and first in Liberia initiative with a focus on meeting the demands of fast paced business telecommunications customers. The Cellcom business center, located at the Royal Grand Hotel in Sinkor, provides a full service/one stop shop for corporate and business customers. Corporate customers will be able to utilize the center to resolve all of their telecommunications needs ranging from purchasing devices, troubleshooting devices, and raising queries on issues amongst others. Cellcom says the new business center was established as a result of a high demand from business customers who demanded Cellcom locations that would offer them prioritized solutions to their concerns. The well attended program was graced by scores of dignitaries and corporate clients who hailed the innovative Cellcom initiative as a major milestone in the upward trend in Liberia’s telecommunications industry. Speaking at the formal launching, Cellcom’s CEO Mr. Avishai Marziano explained that the store had an objective to “…serve as a symbol to the high-level customer service that we continuously strive to offer.” He noted that a lot of work and dedication had gone into the store. Marziano pointed out that the space the store occupied had been significantly transformed to meet the highest international standards, pointing out that the store had been converted from a simple empty room with bare walls. “The physical transformation and modernization of our new digital Business Center bears a strong resemblance to the transformation of Cellcom itself over the past years. From humble beginnings, we have grown in size and importance, gradually establishing ourselves as the number one telecommunications operator in the country,” Marziano said. Cellcom’s Corporate Communications Strategist Dr. Kimmie Weeks pointed out that the store was only the first in a line of new locations Cellcom opened to provide prioritized services to business customers. “Cellcom appreciates and acknowledges that we would not be where we are today without the loyalty and dedication of our customers. This is why we continue to find innovative ways to pay back our customers and this new business store is one of a long line of services we will roll out the Liberian people,” Weeks said. Cellcom says it will roll out a series of similar stores over the course of the next several months across Monrovia and eventually across the country.
