“These politicians are mean, selfish; they only want to use people and lift themselves up. We want people look at the farmer and scratch card seller,” he stated.
Rev. Kiamue added that those from the Diaspora who claim to have PhD actually have what he calls “permanent head damage (PHD)”. He pointed that the fact that an individual spent 50 years in government does not mean such person is a nation builder.
The ALP Secretary General maintained that even those in the present government come from some of the best schools in the world but they are only good at stealing and looting state coffers.
“Politicians do not build country. They only come to steal, kill and destroy,” Rev. Kiamue indicated.
He intimated that farmers are on the contrary noted for building nations across the world.
The ALP Chief Scribe indicated that public officials are not interested in developing the country or improving the education system because they take pleasure in subjecting the ordinary people to perpetual ignorance and use them as gate guards.
He averred that the ensuing 2017 elections are about electing people who can change the dynamics of the governance of the country.
“If you are a Liberian and your children are abroad, you will not work in the ALP government.
He told the Bassa people that he is not a politician by training but he became a part of the ALP because he and others are tired of the way the country is being governed.
