Addressing a news conference Wednesday at the company’s office, the Human Resource Manager of Monrovia Breweries, Mr. Stephen G. Scott, said earlier this year the company changed the bottle cap of its Club Beer. He indicated that this change took place in June this year and customers as well as journalists raised concern when the new cap was noticed. This, according to him, provided everyone with a first impression of what was disclosed at the press conference.
“As you certainly saw on your way through town, our billboards also changed. Their new look resembles joy, pleasure and fresh excitement,” the company’s Human Resource Manager told journalists.
He indicated that Monrovia Breweries is proud and happy to introduce a brand new look of its CLUB BEER. “Today, our premium beer receives a completely new look. This design visually expresses what it stands for: A Fresh- High Class-Premium- Large Beer,” he added.
The Monrovia Breweries official entreats the public to closely look at the details: the gold represents high quality, and superiority of our product. He said the product is elegant and classy on a white background. “Still, we want to present the strong brand image of Club beer and our unique cloverleaf which is part of us since 55 years ago. This year, Club Beer celebrates its 55th anniversary- a reason to dress-up and present it in a new look,” Mr. Scott averred.
“Today, I speak for all employees who are proud to work for MBI and proud to work for you. Working for you means that you should enjoy fresh high quality beer made in Liberia- ever since.
Monrovia Breweries Inc. is an important investor, a social employer and a large tax payer. As such, MBI continuously invests into its products and their production. We strive to sustain our position and grow to positively impact Liberia,” Scott said.
In conjunction to its new design for Club Beer, Scott said the new website goes online today. “All customers (above 18 only) are invited to visit us on www.facebook.com/monbrew/ and www.monbrew.com,” he added.
The sites provide viewers with pictures of the company’s activities and promotions.
