The unfortunate incident occurred during the PUL second match of an Ecobank Tournament held at the Blue Field in Central Monrovia.
In keeping with the solidarity goal of the Union, the "Pen Pushers" withdrew from that tournament in the immediate aftermath of the injury.
According to a PUL statement, Carter is stable and is being treated by a bone specialist in Monrovia.
The Press Union is especially grateful to the first responding sports medic, whose on site intervention is proving to be rewarding in the Carter Injury.
Meanwhile, the PUL is urging all journalists and fans of Carter to always visit the broadcast journalist and family in a move which will provide psychological support for Moses' speedy recovery.
The Union assured that Moses will "never walk alone" in every step on his way to recovery from the calf rupture.
