Liberia will play Sierra Le¬one on June 5, 2017 in Mon¬rovia in an international friendly football encounter at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium.
The Liberia Football Asso¬ciation said it has accepted a request from the Sierra Leo¬nean Football Association for the game to be played on FIFA International match day in Monrovia.
Both countries are pre¬paring for the 1st round qualifying matches of the 2019 African Cup of Nations scheduled for Cameroon.
According to a release from the LFA, a 30 member strong Sierra Leone Foot¬ball delegation will arrive in Monrovia this weekend to honor the fixture.
Liberia is expected to fly to Harare where the Lone Star will face the Warriors of Zimbabwe while the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone will host the Harambee Stars of Kenya in Freetown on the weekend of June 8 to 10, 2017.
The national team has been training for the last few weeks at the Antoinette Tub¬man Stadium.
