“We will continue to provide pro-bono legal services to all indigent Liberians because not every citizen has equal status in the society,” he stated.
He said the provision of free services to ordinary citizens suits international best practices and as such, HPA adheres to such norms.
The HPA Managing Partner furthered that their firm currently has 11 legal practitioners who are on a daily basis monitoring how indigent Liberians are given justice.
According to Cllr. Abraham B. Sillah, attorneys at the Heritage Partners and Associates are encouraged to always take on pro-bono cases as their civic obligation.
Cllr. Sillah encouraged Liberians to visit the Heritage Partners and Associates (HPA) headquarters in Sinkor.
The Heritage Partners and Associates has been recognized by African Media Initiative Liberia for their outstanding role in providing pro-bono legal services to ordinary Liberians.
Cllr. Sillah furthered that there are some lawyers who hardly seek the interest of ordinary Liberians thereby soliciting for those that can afford their fees.
