According to the UP’s aspirant, the district needs an effective leadership, total unity and reconciliation.
He disclosed that, to succeed as representative, there should be a broad base leadership where the people themselves will be able to partake in decision making.
The Liberian philanthropist averted that, to bring about satisfactory leadership in the district, the first action to embark on will be the establishment of a leadership system that the people are comfortable with in all of the communities.
“There should be a favorable working environment in the district among the citizens and a suitable office where residents can easily relate to their leaders.
The inclusive leadership will have a program management team that will monitor and identify projects or tangibles within the district”, he said.
Mr. Bright said that, in the absent of an acceptable leadership, one cannot perform given priorities, which makes the citizens feel that they are not part of decision making which is totally far from his style of governing.
